Partners and Senior Associates 
We welcome experienced and motivated professionals with backgrounds in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, auditing and other professional services who want to work in a company in which their contribution makes a difference and is not limited to a narrow area and in which they can express the full range of their expertise, talent and drive.

Junior Associates 
Junior Associates are typically professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, auditing, financial or strategic consulting, engineering or utilities. A Junior Associate will have responsibilities in the day to day management of projects, reporting to a senior partner and a relationship manager.

A corporate culture based on entrepreneurial spirit, meritocracy and responsibility and a flat hierarchy encourage rapid career development, acquisition of experience and production of results with corresponding rewards.

Analysts
Young professionals and graduates that wish to start their career in consulting and financial markets, venture capital, investment banking or asset management have the profile to become analysts. Mencey offers analysts exposure to international financial markets and market transactions with specific technical training. Analysts will be involved in transactions from  beginning to end with the opportunity to assume responsibilities early on.

Relationship Manager
We encourage experienced professionals to work with us as Relationship Managers. Relationship Managers are responsible for developing new client relationships and recurring business with existing clients. Relationship Managers can maintain their independence. Mencey offers them processes, management tools and a framework to structure their work and a transparent, results based compensation scheme.

Administration and Operations
Mencey leans on specialists in compliance, administration, legal, marketing, IT and human resources for its success. These positions are located mainly in the Canary Islands.
